Conferences


Employee conferences are a great way of communicating and interacting with your most important asset – your people. From 5 to over 1,000 attendees, we’ve organised successful sales conferences for many clients. Finding the right venue and liaising with their staff to ensure your requirements are properly implemented (“now who wanted vegetarian?”); the appropriate audio-visual equipment to optimise the audience’s interest (everyone’s been to a conference where the speaker couldn’t be heard at the back!); organising registration and badging (don’t forget your MD’s badge – or else!). We can even organise the evening entertainment!

Trade Shows


Trade shows are recognised as a great way for your company tointeract with existing and potential customers. From taking a stand at a trade event to running your own full blown show – SVES has taken the strain for many clients. We can organise stand design, electrics, marketing, equipment and any audio visual requirements you may need. We can even ensure your car parking passes are forwarded before the event! It’s the level of detail needed to ensure smooth running shows that really makes the difference.

Product Launches


New products and services are the lifeblood of business growth. But with 9 out of 10 product launches failing within two years it is imperative that they’re launched t oyour customers professionally – after all one new customer can be the start of great things. SVES has organised product and services launches for customers in many business sectors including food and drink, fashion and FMCG. The only thing that is the same is that every launch is unique!

Awards Dinners


Whether you’re rewarding your employees for their efforts or entertaining clients awards dinners are a fantastic way of saying ‘thank you’ – particularly when times are tough. But the level of organisation required can be daunting – from finding the right venue (National History Museum, anyone?) right down to the table cloths and floral centre pieces. SVES has helped many clients organise successful awards dinners over the years.
